Lower Mustang lies inside the Annapurna Conservation Area. Permits are usually handled in Kathmandu/Pokhara via official offices or agencies.

  • ACAP Permit: NPR 1,000
  • TIMS Card: NPR 1,000
  • Guide: Not mandatory (recommended)

🤝 SAARC Trekkers

  • ACAP Permit: NPR 1,000
  • TIMS Card: NPR 1,000
  • Guide: Recommended

🌏 Foreign Trekkers (Non-SAARC)
